The Human Rights Reforms Map was created by the Center for Civil Liberties in cooperation with analytical centers, human rights organizations, researchers, and experts. Experts and scientists involved in the development of the Human Rights Reforms Map conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses of EU law and Ukrainian legislation, and prepared analytical documents and recommendations on adapting national legislation to the acquis communautaire. Joint expert work ensured a comprehensive assessment of the current situation and the development of practical solutions to harmonize Ukrainian legislation with European human rights standards.
