Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of Ukraine of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Laureate of the annual “Young Scientist of the Year” competition based on activities in 2020 in the nomination “Scientific Conference”. Author of the monograph “Constitutional Foundations of the Institution of the Representative Mandate,” co-author of textbooks “Constitutional Law of Ukraine,” “Resolution of Election Disputes,” as well as many other scientific, educational, methodological works and analytical materials. Developer of materials and trainer of training programs for judges, police officers, members of election commissions, and students on issues of elections, resolution of election disputes, investigation and prosecution for election offenses, as well as violation of political finance rules. Participant in several working groups on electoral reform, in particular, he recently joined the development of the draft law on countering sexism in election processes and ensuring gender-balanced representation (No. 11300). Since 2022, he has been researching issues of international humanitarian and criminal law. In particular, with his participation, materials were prepared: Establishment of a tribunal on the matters of Russian aggression against Ukraine: the highest level of responsibility as a deterrent to new conflicts in Europe, Anniversary of the arrest warrants for Putin and Lvova-Belova for the deportation of Ukrainian children: what did it give and what will happen next?. He is a member of the International Board of Experts at the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on issues related to the investigation of crimes committed in the context of armed conflict, and of the Expert Council under the Representative of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
