Attorney, lawyer of the Strategic Affairs Center of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union (UHHRU). She is engaged in the protection of human rights at national and international levels, in particular before the ECHR and other international bodies, including UN treaty bodies such as the Human Rights Committee and the CEDAW Committee. Professional experience involves legal support in cases of strategic importance, that is, those related to systematic violations of human rights, helping to identify gaps in legislation and practice, or those aimed at restoring violated rights. In 2024, she defended her dissertation and obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty “International Law” at the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine. Scientific interests cover public international law, the Council of Europe, and EU standards in the field of the protection of fundamental rights, including the rights to privacy and to personal data protection. Areas of expertise: international law, EU law, international human rights standards, protection of fundamental human rights, international humanitarian law, and international criminal law.
