Senior Legal Advisor of the Civil Network “OPORA,” PhD

Researcher of constitutional regulation of political parties, in June 2025, she defended her dissertation on the topic “Influence of the state on the creation and activity of political parties (constitutional and legal aspect),” presented for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 “Law” in specialty 081 “Law”. Participant in several working groups, in particular on the development of legislation in the field of regulation of the activities of political parties, electoral law, and prosecution for violations of electoral legislation (Electoral Code of Ukraine, Law “On All-Ukrainian Referendum” (reg. No. 3612), draft law “On Local Referendum,” draft law “On Political Parties,” Criminal Code of Ukraine (Articles 157-160), Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (Articles 212-10 – 212-25)). Olha was a member of the working group preparing draft laws to amend electoral legislation (reg. Nos. 3485, 8310). Since July 2022, Olha has been providing methodological support to the Center for Aiding the Documentation of War Crimes, created by the “OPORA in Poland” Foundation. She is also a member of the international board of experts of the Office of the Prosecutor General on the investigation of crimes committed in an armed conflict. Fellow (2015-2016) of the University of Wrocław, Poland (Faculty of Administration, Economics and Law) within the Lane Kirkland scholarship program of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation.
