A human rights expert with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing policies on human rights, including equality and non-discrimination. Programs and advocacy director of the NGO “Social Action Centre”, author of international guidelines and sector-specific recommendations. Specializes in the implementation of systemic evidence-based approaches to human rights in the public and private sectors, advocacy for legislative changes, and the development of strategic documents at the national and international level. Cooperates with the Council of Europe and EU projects, and with OSCE/ODIHR as an expert and trainer on issues of access to justice and combating hate crimes and hate speech. Has experience in developing systemic training programs for law enforcement agencies and civil servants in Ukraine and Central Asia, integrating human rights into standards and curricula of secondary and higher education. Master of Arts in Human Rights from the Central European University.
