He obtained his legal education at the Faculty of Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and practical experience in criminal proceedings in the prosecutor’s office. He combines teaching and research activities at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with consulting for international organizations and projects.
